Welcome! We are Bill and Mary Hoekstra, and we understand funeral service. After all, we own and operate a family funeral home and face the same challenges as you. After 25 years working with funeral homes in the Midwest, Bill Hoekstra, CFSP, founded Preplanning Associates. His vision is to help people preplan and to partner with other funeral homes in an effort to maximize pre-need returns, enhance family retention, and retain earnings. Mary, his wife and funeral director, oversees the family contact management software and assists with partner funeral home communications. Welcome to Preplanning Associates!
